FINISHED BY YOU:  Remove only what you need for the next day. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, then “proof” (let rise) for 2-3 hours at room temperature until the pastries double in height and are a bit jiggly. Then just bake until golden brown for that fresh-baked aroma for your customers, guests, or family. Fresh artisan pastries, when you need them – with no waste!
