Our shop is all about our chef:
Lombok native, Muai “Hasbi” Hasbihan.
During COVID, Hasbi honed his culinary skills by joining a government program that offered meals to frontline healthcare workers, while also establishing a highly-popular line of casava-based crackers. Following his passion for baking, Hasbi trained with international chefs in Bali and Jakarta, and has been a trusted member of restaurants throughout Lombok, including one of Kuta’s largest commercial kitchens.
Now, Chef Hasbi is YOUR chef. He is “On-call” to make truly artful handcrafted pastries and breads specifically for your cafe, guesthouse or family.
My dream is becoming a reality.
